The Performer 600 is the ideal head for those bass players who are looking for an amp with extraordinary sound qualities yet want to be flexible in tone and performance. The Tube-preamp together with the extremely effective tone control section creates a variety of tones, which serve best for all musical directions. Both vintage-orientated bass players who like to keep it simple and the modern sound enthusiast keen to experiment will feel comfortable with this bass amp. The growl control is capable of driving the tube preamp into enhanced gain saturation with rich harmonics, while the Drive switch can go even one step further.

The tone control section offers two parametric mid bands. Frequency switches for low and high controls offer a vast array of tonal variety. The transformers balanced DI output with a stunning tone and opto-compresser offer more possibilities to shape your sound and connect to external devises. A parallel and serial effects loop which can be used simultaneously, a Tuner and line out, and a second instrument input on the back panel which is very useful when the Performer 600 is mounted in a rack together with a wireless receiver or a rack tuner, are more examples of well thought-out features.
